Families interested in Children’s House Montessori are encouraged to contact us to arrange a meeting to see the facilities, meet the staff, find out more about the programs and have the opportunity to ask questions.
When you’ve decided CHM is the right fit for your child, submit the PDF registration package complete with the $100 non-refundable application fee and $50 Society Fee, to our office at 1563 Regan Ave, Coquitlam, BC, V3J 3B7.
Acceptance letters for preschool applicants are sent by email in March. When enrollment is full, additional applicants are kept on file and are contacted if an opening becomes available (dependent upon requirements).
Enrolment Fees:
To enroll your child at Children’s House Montessori Pre-School and Kindergarten, the following fees are payable upon submission of your application:

2.Children’s House Montessori Preschool Society Fee
$50.00 per family
Please ensure your child’s name is indicated in the memo section of your registration cheque. The Registration fee is non-refundable; however, if we are unable to accept your application, or if you withdraw your child within one month of starting school, the Society Fee will be refunded.

Fundraising:
As a Non-Profit organization, the school relies on funds raised throughout the year to operate. Families will be invited to participate in a few fundraisers throughout the year.
Refund Policy:
To withdraw your child from Children’s House, we require one full calendar month’s written notice from the 30th of the month before your last month, or one month’s fees will be forfeited.
If a child is withdrawn during the months of May or June, tuition fees will have to be paid to the end of the year. Written notice must be given by March 30th for refunds of May & June fees.
The school is closed for summer vacation so written notice must be given by June 30th for the withdrawal of a student enrolled for September, or one month’s fees will be forfeited.
NSF Fee:
A $20 fee will be charged for NSF cheques.
- Tuition includes equipment and material fees.
- Fees subject to change without notice.
Tuition:
Tuition is processed through direct withdrawal on the first of each month from September 1 – June 1.
